Does your order keep getting declined? Here're the instructions for filling the Credit Card order form..

Please make sure that you are entering the required information correctly according to the below mentioned guidelines. If you're following these guidelines, have tried to order at least 3 times and still unsuccessful, then Click Here to let us help you.

Here's How To Enter Your Credit Card Information..

• Enter your Credit Card Number exactly as it appears on your credit card. Omit any spaces. Likewise enter the Expiration Date as it appears on your credit card.

• Enter your Credit ID Number (also called 3or4 Digit Code or CVV Code) exactly as it appears on your credit card. The Card ID is a 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card (For Card ID in AMEX, please refer to the next instruction). The number appears on the signature strip after the last four digits of your account number. The signature strip may contain your entire account number or just the last four digits of your account number. Either way, the Card ID will appear after the last four digits of your account number. The Card ID is used to verify that you have possession of the credit card you are attempting to use. If there is no Card ID number on the back of your card then please leave the field blank. If that doesn't work, try putting 000 in the field.

• For American Express card, the Card ID is a 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.
  

• Enter your Cardholder Name exactly as it appears on your credit card.

•  

• Enter your Address and City as it appears on your credit card statement.

•  

• If you live in the US or Canada, enter the state in which you live in the State field. Otherwise, select Outside U.S./Canada.

•  

• If the country in which you live uses zip codes, enter the zip code in the Zip Code field. Otherwise, just fill in any number. Likewise, enter your Country and Phone.

•  

• In the Email Address field, enter your email address exactly. Double check it because this is where your transaction receipt will be sent. Try to avoid free email address like Hotmail, Yahoo etc. but if you don't have any other email address, you can use free address as well.
